As a Neighborhood Sales Representative you work assigned neighborhoods across Dallas–Fort Worth, introduce homeowners to Meridian and set qualified appointments for our sales consultants. You'll be trained on how we talk about our products and our process, and you'll be coached continuously. No previous window-sales experience is required — confidence, consistency and coachability matter far more.
- Work assigned Dallas–Fort Worth neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to Meridian
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants
- Represent the Meridian brand professionally at every door

This is a 1099 commission-only opportunity with no base salary. Typical active representatives may earn approximately $5,000–$10,000 per month depending on individual performance. Earnings are not guaranteed.
