Through our consultation form that means your name, phone number, email address, the address or area of your home and anything you write in the message field. Through our careers inquiry form it means your name, contact details, city and state, your answers about sales experience, transportation and work authorization, your reason for applying and, if you upload one, your résumé.
We also collect standard website analytics, such as which pages are viewed and general information about the device and browser used. This is aggregated measurement data, not an attempt to identify you personally.
How we use it
Consultation details are used to contact you about your project, prepare recommendations and schedule an appointment. Careers inquiries are reviewed by our hiring team only and are kept separate from homeowner consultation requests.
We do not sell your information.
Who can see it
Submissions are received by Meridian Window Co. staff and stored in the systems we use to run the business, including our website's secure backend and our email provider. Service providers that process this data on our behalf may only use it to provide their service to us.
If a project involves financing, any credit application is submitted to and handled by the third-party lender. Meridian does not make credit decisions and does not receive or store your credit file.
Calls, texts and email
By submitting a form you're asking us to contact you about your request. We may respond by phone, text or email. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
Analytics and advertising measurement
We use website analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and we may measure which pages lead to consultation requests. These tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block or clear cookies through your browser settings; the site will still work.
Retention and your choices
